Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Process Specialist in HONOLULU, Hawaii. This role is primarily involved in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all functions within the company, covering areas such as sales, operations management, accounting, and business development. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the company's procedures and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with overall business objectives. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with staff members across all departments to understand their roles and responsibilities.

• Develop clear and effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all company functions, aiming to maximize efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with department heads and teams to ensure SOPs align with overall company goals and objectives.

• Continually analyze and update SOPs based on the evolving needs of the company.

• Facilitate training sessions to communicate new and updated SOPs to employees.

• Utilize skills in Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suites, and Exceptional Writing to optimize departmental procedures and processes.

• Deliver excellent customer service while handling data entry and correspondence tasks.

• Maintain constant communication with the C-Suite to ensure alignment of SOPs with high-level business strategies.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative coordinator role or similar position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience with Management Systems is a necessity

• Exceptional written communication skills are required, particularly for correspondence with various departments and external partners

• Familiarity with C-Suite level administration is desired

• Excellent customer service skills are essential, including the ability to handle queries and complaints efficiently and professionally

• Data entry skills are required, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality is required

• Experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial.
