We are offering an opportunity in the Investment industry at our Honolulu, Hawaii location. The role is for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for various payroll and accounting tasks. This is a contract position involves handling payroll administration, auditing, and data entry tasks while using accounting software systems such as ADP. Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing

• Conduct audits to check for discrepancies and implement necessary adjustments

• Utilize ADP for efficient payroll management

• Collect, verify, and organize payroll data for accurate reporting

• Identify inconsistencies in payroll data and propose recommendations for improvements

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all payroll transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Payroll Specialist

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems for efficient and accurate data management

• Solid experience with ADP is essential

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Accounting Functions

• Proven expertise in Auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy of payroll data

• Must have strong skills in Payroll processing and management

• Proficiency in Data Entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed
