Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector understanding the systems development life cycle management, customer business processes, and IT technologies; strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; ability to influence and engage both technical and business stakeholders; develop web applications; experience with data management; research and evaluate new application development methodologies and frameworks; project management skills. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing established practices, guidelines, and procedures to execute complex tasks and projects; adaptable and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high quality products; deploying, developing, modifying, testing software applications; assuring software and systems functionality.
