Pay:

• LPN: $37/hr
• RN: $56/hr

Shift: Day secure schedule

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, following individualized care plans. Perform assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.

Nurse Requirements:

• Current State of Hawaii RN/LPNLicense
• Minimum of 1 year ofLPN/RNexperience (within 24 months)
• CurrentCPR/BLSCertification
• COVIDvaccine
• Immunizations
• Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray - within 1-year
