Hilto n Hawaiian V illage Waikiki Beach Resort is looking for a Bellperson to join the team! Ideal candidate will have 1 year customer service experience in a high-volume hotel setting. This is a great step towards a wonderful career with the #1 World's best workplace!
Classification:Full Time.
Shift: AM/PM/Overnight- Various. Weekdays, weekends/holidays will berequired.
The hourly rate for this role is $14.94
What will I be doing?
As a, you wouldbe responsible fortransferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet and escort arriving anddepartingguests to and from their accommodations.
Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests ina timely,friendlyand efficient manner.
Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines.
Ensure that/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments.
Ensure messages and faxes areregularly deliveredthroughout the day.
Assistwith room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, andthe main lobby and front door, as needed.
Drives property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as guestor local, as needed.
Assistin the maintenance,appearanceand functionality of equipment.

What are we looking for?
EDUCATION:Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. High school diploma preferred.
EXPERIENCE:Prior hospitality experience preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES:Individualsare required tomeet theminimumbonding standards.
GROOMING:All team members mustmaintaina neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
NOTICE:The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitable service atmosphere mustbe alwaysprojected.
