Amentum Aviation Liaison and Systems Operator in Honolulu, Hawaii

Amentum is seeking an Aviation Liaison and Systems Operator (ALSO) at USCG Air Station Barbers Point, Kapolei, Hawaii . The primary mission of the ALSO will be to provide continuity as a central Point of Contact (POC) for Range Clearing missions with PMRF. The position will enhance processes already in place and/or develop new processes to streamline objectives. The regular working hours will be 0700-1530, Monday through Friday; however, flexibility will be the key to meet the changing operational demands of the unit.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between PRMF, D14, and ASBP for Range Clearing missions.

  • Act as the central Point of Contact (POC) for scheduling and mission planning duties while maintaining continuity during periods of minimum staffing

  • Liaise with PMRF as needed to determine tasking and support the Range Clearance Mission. Deliver range clearing operation mission briefs to flight crews.

  • Track departmental Monthly Highlights for submission to Assistant Operations Officer at the end of each month for required reports

  • Work with MDA Watch Standers prior to Range Clearing missions to include tasking, objectives, pertinent communications directives, other message traffic, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent GED

  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers, MS Office software products, web-based applications.

  • Capable of adjusting the normal work schedules as necessary to meet mission requirements not to exceed 80 hours per two week pay period.

  • Normal work schedule will be determined by USCG and mission requirements to meet PRMF mission requirements.

Security Clearance

  • Secret Clearance required.
