This role serves as finance lead for Vision Care Hong Kong to drive sustainable compliant growth and to lead the business strategically from Finance perspective.

Managing Vision Care Hong Kong P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow for planning and actual analysis; partner with management team and provide finance support on ad-hoc projects.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• 40% Perform as the key finance partner to Vision Care Hong Kong management team in strategy deployment, resource prioritization and performance improvement.

• 30% Support Hong Kong Vision Care for day-to-day operations, coordination of the business plan and financial updates, setting financial targets and monitoring execution for Vision Care Hong Kong business.

• 20% Facilitate and deploy key initiatives, e.g. IBP/Signifi launch

• 10% Provide finance support on key and ad-hoc projects

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Min 5 years solid experience in FP&A and business partnering role

• Strategic thinking

• Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification e.g. CPA/CMA/CFA etc.

• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements

• Strong organization and communication skills to influence and manage different stakeholder is a must

• The ability to design business processes and have the ability to work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast paced environment is required.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Self-motivated and independent with good problem solving skills

• Knowledge in ERP software is required
