Position:

Senior Accountant/Assistant Accounting Manager (1-year Contract)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager in Hong Kong, you will gain great exposure in handling finance and accounting operations and liaise with different finance stakeholders within the Asia Pacific region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responsible for full set of books

• Complete reconciliations and income statement analysis.Cooperate with other regions in intercompany recharge and reconciliation

• Support cost accounting & inventory analysis

• Assist regional reporting tasks

• Calculate, review and process journal entries and reconciliations. Reviews work of lower-level employees.

• Support day-to-day financial activities, including but not limited to reviewing of purchase requisitions, payment requests, capital expenditures

• Assist manager to streamline and strengthen control on the process of working capital related tasks, co-ordinate with different counterparties to drive improvement

• Support audits and tax filing

What We Are Looking For

• Qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with 5-7 years of related experience

• Full set accounting experience

• Proficient in Oracle is an advantage

• Audit background is a plus

• Immediately available is an advantage
