We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Alliance Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the alliance between CBRE and our esteemed client in the financial services sector. Based in Hong Kong, you will oversee the APAC region and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the success of the alliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Strategy and Performance:
Develop and execute the regional account strategy, aligned with the goals and objectives of both CBRE and the Client.
Drive overall account performance, including critical operations, procurement, health & safety, and people & culture.
Foster a strong partnership and collaboration with the client to ensure mutual success.
- Operational Excellence:
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining an OPI score of >99% across the APAC region.
Monitor client satisfaction through regular surveys and aim for a net promoter score of 10.
Ensure 100% uptime of critical facilities by implementing robust maintenance and contingency plans.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at both CBRE and the Client.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing any concerns or issues.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in alliance management or key account management, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing regional or global accounts and driving performance.
- Strategic Leadership:
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute account strategies.
Proven experience in driving operational excellence and achieving high client satisfaction scores.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Relationship Management:
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with key decision-makers.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence:
Solid understanding of critical operations, procurement, health & safety, and people & culture in the facilities management context.
Proven experience in ensuring high uptime of critical facilities and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Communication and Leadership:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences. You should be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating group discussions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of leading by example and cultivating a positive and collaborative team environment.
Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving with a strong ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes.
