Manulife Officer - New Business, High Net Worth Operations in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with NBUW, Payment team, BA/IT, Actuary and Case Manager to facilitate new application approval and policy issuance.

  • Collect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurate.

  • Data Capture, run NB workbench (FNA affordability, suitability, bridger checking, CRS, FATCA, administration issue, document sign date, cross age issue)

  • Locate, apply premium and refund overpayment.

  • Issue, drop and decline case.

  • Policy binding, special HNW policy folder

  • Assist in ad hoc projects and special arrangement e.g., split premium payment, special policy loan and change of life insured etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education plus minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance, preferably in HNW segment

  • Experience in handling premium financing, trust/ PIC related business, and good understanding of HNW business model.

  • High proficiency in reading and writing English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication and presentation skill

  • Customer-orientated service

  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to details

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
