What the day will look like
Working proactively and independently in IT infrastructure projects
Assisting the CTS Lead to lead a team of IT Associate to provide end-user technical support and problem resolution
Working with internal/external IT Subject Matter Experts (regional) to ensure timely resolution of issues
Contributing ideas to continuously improvement IT service quality to meet SLAs and achieve high customer satisfaction
Suggesting and organize IT activities / training for end-users
Additional Project work as required
Overtime working during non-office hours may necessary for projects / incidents
Motivate team members, and e ngaging internal users
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science/MIS or IT related field
3 years experience in an IT technical support role ideally within corporate Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance environments.
Experience of regional helpdesk support and project management preferred
Organizing IT activities and technical training experience is needed
Motivate team members
Organizational, time-management and Computerized documentation skills
Demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service, strong probing, problem solving, active listening skills along with the ability to organise and prioritise your work.
Good all-rounded tech skills on desktop support and, level-1 server administration: computer and back-end administration (file server backup and basic networking knowledge)
You will be part of a virtual team with exposure to a variety of internal users across region and will therefore need to have Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Occasionally you may be required to work slightly adjusted hours to accommodate for projects.
