We’re seeking someone to join our team as anAssociate within the Stock Loan Operations team in Hong Kong, supports APAC market security lending Business.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo.This is a trade support position at Associate within Product Support &Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you’ll do in the role:**

• Stock Loan Trade Support of APAC markets
• Internal/external client relationship management
• Risk management focusing on daily exposures, fails management, accurate books and records
• Break investigation and resolution
• Trade capture
• Adhoc project work
• Investigate opportunities for streamlining existing processes and deliver better controls

What you’ll bring to the role:**

• At least 2 years relevant experiences would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• Bachelor Degrees with major Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business
• Solid product and functional knowledge
• Team Player, can work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to recognize risk issues and implications with appropriate escalations
• Approaches all situations with positive outlook, energy and enthusiasm
• Shows initiative and creativity, taking a long-term approach to improvement and resolution of issues
• Is self-confident, demonstrates integrity and business-appropriate behavior
