Job Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
Coordinate with contractors, or event vendors for repairing and planned works with reports.
Work closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
Deliver monthly reporting support on Internal Reviews.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
High Diploma or above in Business Administration / Finance / Management/ Property/ Housing or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in Facilities Management/Property Management will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
