What the day will look like
The development and execution of a defined sales strategy
Developing a robust sales and prospecting pipeline focusing the local and large market
Ownership and full responsibility for converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the Account Management Teams
Developing cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients’ needs
Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant expertise
Driving cross-selling and up-selling activities, including where appropriate the introduction of Aon United colleagues/services
Following the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect
Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by the Manager
Contributing, as required, to Health Solutions initiatives & leadership forums
Skills and experience that will lead to success
University graduate with minimum 10 years’ working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred
Holder of FLMI or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV are preferred
Mature and be a self-starter
Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills
Good analytics and negotiations skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
