Description and Requirements
The Job
Monitor the network infrastructure and identify and troubleshoot network issues.
Implement solutions to resolve/mitigate network issues.
Provide 1st tier technical support for network-related issues.
Collaborate with 2nd tier technical support for issue escalation.
Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners.
Document updates on network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures.
Respond to network-related emergencies.
Willingness to work in shift duty (12 hours) to support 24/7 operations.
The Person
Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
CCNP/HCIP or equivalent is a must
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a network engineer or equivalent.
Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 2) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
