What the day will look like

• Serving existing clients, driving business growth by penetration and obtaining referrals

• Follow through renewal and new business process

• Ensure compliance with operational excellence KPIs

• Support the implementation of projects and make sure they fulfill clients’ insurance requirements

• Support the development of new business opportunities via RFP, proposal writing and presentation

• Assist handling and implementation of ad-hoc projects

  Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 1-2 years experience in insurance brokering is preferred

• Possess IIQE (Paper 1,2)

• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be advantage.
