Duties Include:

• Directing and developing nursing staff

• Promote and restores the patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area

• Ensuring nursing operational standards are met

• Conduct resident assessments and evaluations, coordinate resident care management, and perform necessary RN duties

• Collaborating with the Physician and the interdisciplinary team
