We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the Printing/Publishing industry. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, the role will involve handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and handle customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Assist customers with their queries and concerns

• Utilize CRM and Computer Programs to manage customer interactions

• Have proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS for effective customer service delivery

• Efficiently manage billing functions to ensure customer satisfaction

• Offer support in benefit functions as per customer requirements

• Respond to inbound calls and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Demonstrated skills in various Computer Programs

• Experience with CRM

• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Proven ability to Assist Customers

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Prior work in the Printing/Publishing industry

• Proven track record as a Customer Experience Specialist
