Lead, Staff, SDE3, or Principal Level experience both developing and mentoring junior team members

 7+ years of hands-on React Native iOS Mobile development, building brand new applications from scratch

 Enterprise level experience

 Tech: React Native; Node backend; AWS Cloud; Expo Framework; JavaScript; iOS applications; Agile environment

 Data security / data privacy mindset

 Strong communication and personality. Not a "do-er" - need someone who is curious, excited to take on new projects, collaborative

 Works well interdepartmentally and has experience partnering directly with product teams. Thinks about thinks technically and functionally.

Skills and Requirements

Our major distribution client is in the middle of a digital transformation, and is looking for a Principal Mobile Engineer to join a brand new and growing team to help launch a React Native mobile application that will support their supplier growth journey. This position will be focused on hands on development as well as mentorship of junior team members. This mobile application will be a one-stop-shop for suppliers of the distribution client to get all information they need, perform program execution, view marketing information, see how their products are performing, etc. We are looking for a thought leader who is able to partner directly with product teams, manage the hands-on development from start to finish while coaching team members, and is proficient with React Native, JavaScript, Node, AWS, and iOS application development.
