Description

Our client, a property management company, is looking for a Jr Administrative Assistant to work at one of their residential properties located in Hollywood. This job requires you to be the first point of contact with incoming guests and you will work to solve tenant issues for a building that has 190 units. You will also be responsible for completing special administrative projects. Robert Half is looking for an organized candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills. The schedule is Friday-Tuesday from 9am-6pm. This is a 2-3 month contract position with potential to go permanent for the right individual. Pay is up to $21/hr DOE.

Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as a Customer Service Representative

• Familiarity with the Real Estate - Residential sector is a must

• Experience in Residential Property Management would be advantageous

• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to providing high level of customer satisfaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Proficient in use of computer systems and relevant software

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Availability to work in various shifts as required

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification

• Additional certifications in Customer Service or relevant field would be a plus.
