Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

A Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning and implementation of projects for our customers. This includes managing the project from kickoff through completion of the contract.

The role involves defining goals, project tasks, and resource requirements for successful on-time project completion while maintaining excellent relationships with customers.

Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for pre-sale coordination and communication with sales, estimating, and the customer during design, budget, and quoting phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.

• Manage projects from kickoff through completion of the contract.

• Define project goals, tasks, and resource requirements.

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate pre-sale activities with sales, estimating, and customers during design, budget, and quoting phases.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with customers in a project manager capacity.

• Ability to read and comprehend commercial blueprints.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.

• Drafting or engineering qualifications.

Work Environment

Work in the office Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

There won't be travel required on a consistent basis except for local site visits.

The hybrid schedule offers one day working from home per week. The work involves sitting most of the time but may involve brief periods of walking or standing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86/hr.
