Job Title: Order Picker - Parts Department Location: Holdrege, NE Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday 6 AM - 4:45 PM with overtime on Fridays as needed) Pay: $17.50/hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

What Youll Be Doing:

• Selecting, preparing and packing parts for shipment using the proper shipping methods.
• Handling paperwork and verifying information for domestic and international shipments.
• Determining shipping methods, using required software and understanding shipping procedures, routes and rates.
• Processing work orders, packing lists, pick lists and bills of lading.
• Auditing shipments before loading and ensuring all transactions are entered into the system.
• Assisting with inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
• Performing other duties as needed.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to become forklift certified and operate a forklift. Basic computer skills including using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Ability to read and interpret shipping documents. Steel-toe boots required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 70 pounds).
• Standing and walking for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling and reaching.
