As the Site Head , you will oversee the strategic CHC Hub for Asia, leading a team of approximately 400 staff members and managing an operating budget of €14 million. You will ensure industrial excellence across safety, quality, deadlines, costs, and employee engagement while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation.

The mission:

The Site Manager ensures a high level of responsibility and supervision of the site teams to excel in multiple dimensions of industrial excellence, including safety, quality, deadlines, costs, involvement, and projects. This role fosters collaboration, growth, and career development within the company.

The Site Manager also manages the site's social agenda in collaboration with local social partners and the Social Relations Department. Additionally, the Site Manager leads organizational and cultural transformation projects and drives medium- and long-term industrial strategies.

Key responsibilities:

General organization and Management

  • Develop the budget and the investment program.

  • Define the objectives in collaboration with the management committee, and in consultation with the industrial management.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering products in quantity on time and following good manufacturing practices throughout the entire process.

  • Support Sanofi Manufacturing Systems' continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across all departments and set ambitious goals for best-in-class performance, reduced cycle time, optimized spend and production costs.

  • Develop a long-term master plan in accordance with CHC's strategy, and lead the timely execution of site projects.

  • Ensure the digital transformation of the site aimed at deploying the company's roadmap and ensure an appropriate cultural change to take full advantage of it.

Hygiene, Security, Environment

  • Improve the safety culture throughout the site, and contribute to the implementation of the HSE policy.

  • Determine action plans aiming at the respect of fixed quality level, in accordance with global direction.

  • Ensures the site permanently conforms to laws and rule applying to hygiene, security and environment

  • Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing.

Communication

  • Foster employee engagement and development at all levels, ensure talent development and drive succession plans.

  • Chair the employee representative bodies and lead the site's social agenda (including negotiations) with the works council, social partners and in partnership with HR France.

  • Represent the site in the various internal bodies and with external authorities and local stakeholders (SHTP, town halls, etc.)

  • Lead the transformation of the site and promote the CHC Challenger Mindset culture.

About you

Education and Experience:

  • Engineer or pharmacist with solid industrial experience.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector is an asset.

  • Proven experience in managing and launching industrial projects.

  • Experience in operational roles, ideally as a site production or quality manager.

  • Good knowledge of industrial business processes, including safety, quality, and performance.

  • Experience in social relations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Expertise in pharmaceutical or FMCG production management with a strong command of performance KPIs.

  • In-depth knowledge of HSE requirements, GMP, and quality regulations.

  • Familiarity with best practices, new technologies, and digital tools.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze scenarios, innovate, and focus on priorities.

  • Strong relationship management skills with global Manufacturing and Supply teams.

  • Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of autonomy and decision-making capability.

  • Strong people development skills, fostering a culture of feedback and engagement.

  • Ability to inspire trust and bring teams together.

Languages:

  • Strong command of English required.

  • Vietnamese is a plus.
