Job Description

  • Exciting opportunity to be the Director, Media Planning & Operations for Vietnam organization. P&G would like to welcome a strong and experienced Vietnam based Media Planning & Operations, Director, who can impact Media for Brand growth.

  • Lead relationship management of world class Media Agency to deliver Media Efficiency & Value and Media-Led Brand growth, and charter the future innovation for the brands in Media space

  • Own the Joint-Business-Plan with the global & local media partners primarily for Vietnam.

  • Career path to be the next generation media leader with internal mastery path expectation in Market and AMA (APAC, Middle East and Africa) and continue building the expertise across AMA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Media team to drive Media led brand growth, defining Media vision and key strategies in Vietnam across Brand portfolio, while enhancing Media Productivity & Value.

  • Be and be seen as a trusted internal Media guide consultant for Vietnam leadership team and Commercial and Brand Team.

  • Handle Planning and Buying/ Operation of all Media types, including TV, Print, Outdoor, Cinema, Paid search, social media paid activity, partnering with Agency

  • Lead eCommerce marketing, including Social Commerce, Digital Trial programs.

  • Define, map out and lead Vietnam Innovative plan (e.g., Platform, Tool, Data innovation).

  • Bring Media Led-amplification opportunities for Brands, derive learning, share and re-apply across categories and across the region.

  • Strengthen the standard of Media operations, and implement Operations with excellence for ongoing Media value, efficiency creation (Media Value tracking, Media delivery tracking, Standard Operation procedure control), in line with Financial controls and stewardship

  • Lead Agency management, including the critical metric evaluation, agency structure definition, etc

  • Analysis of media research including return on investment analysis

Job Qualifications

  • With Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing

  • Deep understanding of Vietnam media landscape

  • With experience in media planning, operation for at least 7 yearsHave worked in Media, Agency or FMCG client side (as Media Operations Manager), especially International Company

  • Strong analytical ability to develop data driven media strategies

  • Focus on consumer driven growth via defining sharp consumer media insights and how they can influence the media strategies for the brands

  • Strong leadership skills to build an impactful organization

  • Ability to lead change and drive innovation

  • High collaboration skills internally and externally, logical, meticulous & high attention to details

  • Has the ability to operate under sophisticated, fast-paced & agile structure
