ENT部門について

ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) は耳鼻咽喉科および頭頸部外科で幅広い領域を最新技術によりカバーする事業部です。市場では強いリーダーシップポジションを確立しており、鼻、耳、頭頸部手術における治療をパワーデバイス、ナビゲーション、モニタリングなど多方面から複合的にサポートしています。直近数年間で2つのM&Aが行われるなどグローバルでの投資が進んでおり、これから期待されている事業部の一つです。

鼻の領域では主に慢性副鼻腔炎 (CRS: Chronic Rhinosinusitis)に対する手術領域をリードしていますが、慢性副鼻腔炎は働き世代の罹患率も高く、今後さらに認知度が上がり手術件数が据える可能性を秘めています。また、ナビゲーションを用いた手術の重要性も浸透が進みこれから伸びていく事が想定されます。さらに、術後の再狭窄や合併症を低減するこれまでにない全く新しい加水分解性薬剤溶出型ステント(特定保険材料予定)の導入も控えており、新しいイノベーションを先導していく準備が進んでいます。

耳の領域でも手術にはメドトロニックの製品が欠かせなくなってきており、頭頸部外科の領域においても神経モニタリングの加算がつき、新しく甲状腺を検出するシステムの導入準備も進んでいるなど楽しみな領域です。

ENTの一員として、幅広い領域で、キャピタル・ディスポーサブルだけでなく特材製品も扱いながら、現場第一線で顧客に寄り添い提案・サポートをする中で、既存治療だけでなく新しい治療技術を積極的に推し進めていける方を募集します。

応募資格

顧客と誠実な信頼関係を築き、目標達成に向けて継続的な努力が出来る方を求めています。

• 学士以上

• 3年以上の営業経験（顧客折衝、目標達成に向けてプロセスを進めた経験）

• 営業戦略の策定・実践への理解があること

• エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントの使用経験

• 有効な普通自動車運転免許を保有していること

※普通自動車運転免許に関わる行政処分を入社予定日より1年以内に受けていない方

※道路交通法に基づく一定の症状や法規により免許取得や更新ができなくなる可能性がある方については事前にお申し出ください

Job Experience

• 医療機器業界での営業経験3年以上（メーカー・代理店含む）

• 看護師・臨床工学技士に準ずる資格があり臨床経験5年以上

• 臨床立ち合いサポート業務経験

Competencies Skills

• 高いコミュニケーション能力/交渉力/プレゼンテーションスキル

• セルフスターター

• 向上心/勤勉さ/チャレンジ精神

Physical Requirements

• 宿泊を伴う国内出張が可能なこと (Travel up to 20-30%)

• デジタル商談を通じた効率的な活動も推奨
