Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to be a part of our team located in Hinsdale, Illinois. In this role, you will be handling tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, and General Ledger. This opportunity presents a long term contract employment.

Responsibilities: • Handling all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Conducting regular bank reconciliations • Maintaining and updating the general ledger • Preparing and posting journal entries • Assisting in month end close procedures • Working with various accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

The salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. • Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• In-depth understanding of the General Ledger

• Ability to perform Journal Entries accurately

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software for accounting tasks

• Experience with Oracle financial software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting and financial management

• Experience with SAP financial software for accounting processes
