Join our team in Hillsboro, OR as a QA-MRB-TT Coordinator. In this role, you will be supporting our Manufacturing groups with outstanding customer service as part of a 4-person sub-team working in Cleanroom conditions. Your work will involve coordinating Production and Operations QA TeamTracks (Quality Program) failures, ensuring that production gets the replacement parts they need for failed parts. You will also collaborate with the Planning, Engineering, and Procurement groups to have failed parts dispositioned and either sent back to Suppliers or scrapped.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Production and Operations QA TeamTracks (Quality Program) failures

• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers

• Move and transact inventory material per process

• Transact Quality Control documents per process for the warehouse

• Assist with shipping/receiving/work order management functions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Computer proficiency in Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook

• Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP is a plus

• Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment for 8+ hours a day

• Well-organized and efficient multi-tasker

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and procedures

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
