We are excited to open a new opportunity for Automation Control Engineer - Level I seeking to gain experience in the information technology field!

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will assist in programming robotic systems used to improve the manufacturing process of automatic inspection of PCB and Electronic boards. This is an excellent opportunity for a level 1 Automation Engineer with foundational knowledge in robotics and automation to grow and develop their skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

Requirements

Design and Development:

  • Define the requirements and draft plan for automated inspection of embedded products using the robotic system

  • Development of programs to control robotic inspection systems.

Testing and Validation & Integration:

  • Conduct tests to evaluate the performance and functionality of inspection programs for robotic systems.

  • Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to improve reliability and efficiency.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, test procedures, and results.

  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and quality engineers.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and review sessions.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and automation technologies.

  • Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, automation, Robotics, or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • 3-5 Years experience in programming robotic systems for manufacturing

  • Proficiency in various programming languages

  • Basic understanding of robotics principles and automation technologies.

  • Experience or at a minimum a familiarity with software development lifecycle in a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and process instrumentation.

Experience:

  • Internship or project experience in robotics or a related field is a plus but not required.
