Job Summary:

The Hardware Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of computer hardware components and peripherals within the organization

This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, installing and upgrading hardware components, and providing technical support to end-users

The Hardware Technician is expected to work collaboratively with the IT team and other departments to maintain a reliable and efficient computer hardware infrastructure

Hardware Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues on desktops, laptops, servers, and other computing devices

Perform hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades as needed

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize hardware failures

Hardware Installation and Upgrades: Install and configure new hardware components, including CPUs, RAM, hard drives, graphics cards, and peripherals
