Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining pharmacist-managed ambulatory care and/or embedded specialty pharmacy services at St. Peter’s Health Medical Group as part of a team-based patient care model.
