Work-study program – Assistant Product Manager - Motorola France
Date: September 2024
Duration: 1 or two years
We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager to join our Marketing team at Motorola France and you will assist the Product Marketing & Communication Manager. You will report directly to her and interact with other teams as well as with Lenovo France.
As Assistant Product Manager, your missions will be defined by the following perimeters of action:
You will be involved in developing the marketing tools needed to promote our smartphones and connected objects, such as sales pitches, product sheets and communication guides
Competitive intelligence will be part of your responsibilities, as well as monitoring official announcements from high-tech players. These analyses can be used to make recommendations for the implementation of relevant communication actions, for example
You will take part in press events to present new products to journalists: help with event organization, product preparation, demonstrations, etc.
Follow-up of product stock
You will lead the localization of elements created by the global team (translation of website pages, product videos, various tools, etc.)
You will be in charge of managing our customer database and CRM actions
You will work closely with internal teams, particularly sales and retail, to ensure that objectives are met, as well as with partner agencies.
The role will evolve according to the candidate's learning curve and desires as the assignment progresses. You'll have the chance to work in a new, fast-growing entity, in an entrepreneurial spirit that combines product expertise and communication. This internship will give you an end-to-end understanding of the product launch process, the role of the various partners in the sector, and the technical aspects of smartphones. You will also interact regularly with support functions in Europe.
Profile required:
Level: minimum Bac + 3/+4
Fluency in English and French essential
Studies in marketing, engineering and management
Strong interest in telephony, smartphones and new technologies. Knowledge of Android
Required skills: writing skills, organization, autonomy, rigor, initiative and team spirit, good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a young and motivated team
Good command of IT tools, Office pack (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
