Le groupe Stanley Black & Decker recherche un(e) alternant(e) ingénieur(e) méthodes lean pour son site de production basé à Feuquières en Vimeu (80). Ce site fait partie de la branche dédiée à la conception, fabrication et commercialisation d’outillage et moyen de stockage (Tools & Outdoor).

Le site compte environ 150 personnes et est spécialisé dans la fabrication de servantes et mobiliers d’ateliers ainsi que de boites à outils. Le site livre les différents centres de distribution et fabrique pour les 4 marques (Facom, Stanley, Usag, Expert) sur l’ensemble de la gamme du groupe.

Principales missions confiées :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Projets, vous participerez dans le cadre de votre alternance aux missions suivantes :

o Suivi des outillages de production

o Identification des outillages

o Fonction des outillages

o Création fiche de vie des outillages

o Etudier l’obsolescence des outillages

o Mise en place du 5S sur l’ensemble du site

o ERP

o Implantation d’une organisation de production

o Système qualité des outillages

Profil recherché :

Dans le cadre d'une formation de niveau Bac+4/5 en Méthode Lean ou équivalent, vous disposez d’un bon sens d’analyse, de rigueur, du détail ainsi qu’une bonne organisation et une bonne communication.

Vous parlez français couramment et vous disposez d’une maitrise de l’anglais en plus.
