Description

Responsible for the promotion, Demonstration and sales of Phaco equipment-mainly entry Level and Medium Range Phaco Machines in a given Area. extending Application Support to Customer after installation and when necessary or requested, training the customer and their staff on optimal usage of all features of the machine as well as maintaining the machine properly for better functioning. Closely work with service team to address any technical issue or concern faced by Surgeons to provide relevant and quick solutions to maintain customer delight.

Coordinate and closely work with TM’S/KAM’S for generating Phaco lead and maintain a healthy Phaco funnel and update the same on regular basis with proper action and results.

Work with the Surgeon and marketing team, wherever relevant to promote the technology of our machines and surgical skill of the customers at different forums

The incumbent is expected to plan, organize and implement the demos, applications, closures of the Phaco machines and achieve or exceed the annual and quarterly sales objectives as well as increase the customer acceptance of our machines and thereby Increase the installation base and Market Share.

There should be efficient use of promotional material, market development and user development activities aligned with marketing objectives.

Minimum education required for competent performance:

A Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation) MBA will be an added advantage

Minimum experience (number of month/years and type of work experience beyond formal education) required for competent performance:

A minimum work experience of 4 – 6 years selling experience in Medical Devices and consumables with at least 2 years experience in equipment selling
