Purpose: The Regional Oil and Vacuum Services Manager is responsible for meeting revenue quota for the Oil and Vacuum Services programs within the region. This includes rep training and development, pricing management, and major account sales. Essential Duties: Sales Production and meeting quota for the Oil and Vacuum Services programs within the region. Training and Development of all VSSR\'s and OSSR\'s in the region. Including regular truck rides with each VSSR and OSSR in the region. Train, Implement and Monitor compliance with the company\'s Oil and Vacuum Services acceptance procedures. Manage pricing and price exception procedures for the Oil and Vacuum Service programs. Major account sales and retention within the region. Personal Sales efforts at major account and larger prospects. Monitor the business performance on a daily, weekly and period basis. Identify and communicate potential problems or reasons for lack of adequate revenue growth with Regional and Corporate business management. Implement solutions to identified problems. Develop and implement sales contest and incentives to increase gallons and revenue. Report progress of sales performance to Regional and Senior Sales Management. Assist the Branch Manager in hiring Oil and Vacuum Services Sales and Service Reps. Coordinating the startup of new Vacuum or Oil Services trucks, including logistics and supplies. Overseeing emergency response or mitigating issues with hot loads and coordinating these kinds of issues with EH&S.
