Carlton Fields is seeking a Paralegal for its Hartford office.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting; experience in Labor and Employment preferred.
• Update and maintain client document management databases, including managing document production processes
• Ability to draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys, including compiling and preparing draft discovery responses.
• Categorize and interpret data; review and analyze documents, responses and records produced by opposing counsel
• Coordinate and handle requests between multiple parties involved
• Experience with time entry and client billing
• Proficiency with document review databases and platforms (Relativity and CaseMap preferred)
• Trial and deposition preparation
• Bluebook citation
• Experience required in Westlaw research
• Proficiency in electronic filing in state and federal courts
• Trial attendance preferred
• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

The salary range for this role in

Hartford is

$70,000 - $80,000. Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields

total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.
