Strategy & Consulting is one of five services that make up one Accenture – the others are Operations, Technology, Song, and Industry X .
Management Consultants design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes. We help banks challenge their conventions; capitalize on the full potential of technology, their people, and emerging opportunities; and become better at change.
The candidate will be a Senior Manager within Accenture’s Banking practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within commercial banking and wholesale lending.
Responsibilities include:
Industry experience within business, commercial, or corporate banking segments.
Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Commercial credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.
Support Commercial Banking Transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations
Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.
Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problem.
Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
Build your reputation as an industry thought leader.
Travel, as required, up to 80%.
Here’s What You Need:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
Minimum of 5 years of commercial credit (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) project management experience with relevant systems
A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points If You Have:
Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in commercial banking.
Launched new product offerings in the banking industry
Built next-generation analytic capabilities (e.g. GenAI, datamodels) for commercial banking business.
Advanced degree or financial industry certification. Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with senior client executives.
Successful track record of supporting business development and sales
Successful track record of leading complex management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle.
Structured problem-solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution
Experience with Next-Gen Technologies supporting Commercial Banking (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
