Your Day to Day: * *

As a Solutions Consultant, you would be working on:

• Supporting prospects as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, running customized demonstrations, providing technical training, playing a key role in RFI/RFPs, pilots, and pre-sales technical qualification.  

• Assisting prospects with their technical questions, supporting the software configuration process, and conducting initial troubleshooting steps to help diagnose and resolve challenges efficiently.

• Defining and successfully managing pilots/POCs by understanding and clearly documenting business objectives, product requirements, and success criteria.

• Communicating with clients by email, phone, online meetings, and potentially onsite visits for presentations, and training workshops.

What We’re Looking For :

As a Solutions Consultant, your background will look like:

• Proven ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.

• Problem-solving capabilities with a 'get it done' attitude, helping to overcome any technical hurdles with the adoption and roll out of Product solutions during the pre-sales process.

• Ability to develop a solid understanding of our customers’ operational, IT architecture, security, and technical requirements, to technically qualify and map that information into a solution that aligns with our prospects’ needs.

• Familiar and comfortable working with Enterprise environments, includingprotocols (e.g. SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM,) directory services (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Okta, OneLogin, G-Suite, Ping Identity,) and enterprise software deployment (e.g. via cloud services, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Mobile Device Management.)

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $107,100.00 - $144,900.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
