DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will work to ensure equity in PennDOT's business opportunity programs aimed at internal and external customers.  You will oversee the planning, development and implementation of program requirements and deliverables and direct the development and presentation of equal opportunity curriculum to be delivered to our partners.  Supervision is exercised over several professional staff positions. Guidance is provided to PennDOT executive team members, managers, and supervisors regarding equal opportunity policies and programs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. This position is eligible for alternate work schedule (AWS). One year as an Equal Opportunity Specialist 3 (Commonwealth title); or Four years of analytical experience in an equal opportunity program that includes three years of professional experience and one year of supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of supervisory experience.
