Dive into the dynamic world of facilities management as an Associate Facilities Manager! Join our Performance team and become the maestro of our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). You'll be the driving force behind our facility service request (FSR) system, reporting, and facilities support, orchestrating a symphony of efficiency and innovation.
Your day to day:
- Be the CMMS superhero, configuring systems and maintaining records that keep our operations humming
- Become the Corrigo work order wizard, maximizing its potential and ensuring data continuity
- Uphold the sacred client CMMS standards, safeguarding database integrity like a digital guardian
- Don your Subject Matter Expert cape, swooping in to save the day on CMMS-related questions and issues
- Craft compelling reports that tell the story of our work order activity, maintenance schedules, and service level compliance
- Document processes with the precision of a master scribe, creating and updating essential guides
- Collaborate with central team managers to optimize systems, enhancing communication and efficiency
- Manage user access with the vigilance of a gatekeeper, ensuring secure and appropriate system use
- Champion system improvements through the Corrigo Data Governance Process
- Empower our team with knowledge, conducting training sessions on new features and best practices
- Design and deploy cutting-edge inspection and audit forms to support our facility and engineering teams
- Orchestrate maintenance activities with the finesse of a conductor, using industry and client best practices
- Be the voice of reason in call center escalations, working closely with supervisors to resolve issues
- Partner with Facility Managers to strategize and achieve team goals
- Coordinate vendor relationships with the diplomacy of an ambassador, ensuring smooth operations
- Master the art of asset maintenance, optimizing parts ordering and fine-tuning maintenance programs
- Liaise between facilities technicians and management, keeping everyone in perfect harmony
- Track asset information with the meticulousness of a curator, preserving vital data and documentation
- Guide inventory management, occasionally rolling up your sleeves to assist with physical counts
Sound like you? To apply you need:
- An undergraduate degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in the school of hard knocks
- 5+ years of CMMS mastery, with a black belt in Performance Analytics and Data Analytics
- A process-oriented mindset and data-driven instincts that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous
- A tech-savvy approach that makes complex systems bow to your will
- MS Office Suite proficiency, with Excel skills that border on wizardry
- Bonus points for SmartSheet, MS SharePoint, and data visualization prowess * Communication skills that could charm birds from trees, both written and verbal
- Customer service skills that would make five-star hotels envious
- JLL Next Generation Maintenance experience (preferred) to hit the ground running
- The ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks like a seasoned circus performer
