The role of Senior Specialist, CSR & Traceability is to execute implementation of the Company’s CSR and Traceability programs across multiple supplier tiers. This role typically reports to Senior Manager, CSR & Traceability, and is based in our Hanoi office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Execution:

  • Responsible for implementing CSR and Traceability policies, programs and objectives.

  • Assess, evaluate, and research CSR and Traceability practices to ensure alignment with industry best practices

  • Monitor, analyze, and report CSR initiatives and Traceability objectives

  • Identify and implement relevant workers well-being initiatives

  • Manage sustainability projects and develop data-driven approaches to support company SBTi and energy reduction goals.

  • Collaboration with third party audit firms on audit quality and service

Training, Education, and Communication:

  • Act as a key partner to the Supplier Community, Sourcing, Quality, Planning, and other departments on executing program requirements.

  • Push for continuous improvement across supply chain including on-site visits and develop sustainable remediation plans

  • Develop training and educational tools for internal and external audiences to drive awareness of program expectations and requirements.

  • Represent the company in external stakeholder forums focusing on important topics related to CSR and Traceability

  • Support ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) initiative as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in social or environmental sciences, preferred

  • At least five years social compliance auditing and training experience in apparel industry

  • Ability to work well within a multicultural team; diplomatic and adept at conflict resolution

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills in English

  • Maintain high ethical standards

  • Strong data analysis skills, attention to detail, high level of accuracy

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize own work and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Comfortable to travel (local & oversea)
