• Lead and Mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing process, improve efficiency, and reduce cost.
• Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This job might be for you if:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, manufacturing, or related field)
• At least 7 years' experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong leadership and project management skills, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional team.
