Aerotek Weld Inspector in Haltom City, Texas

Weld Inspector - $28-$34/hr. – Hiring Immediately .

Job Description

  • Perform visual welding inspection of poles and heavy structural steel assemblies.

  • Ensure compliance to specified detail drawings and AWS and AISC specifications.

  • Ensure weld machines are set up and operating correctly.

  • Monitor welding techniques of welders to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Familiarity with D1.1 code

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in welding heavy steel assemblies, including inspection roles.

  • Ability to read and understand shop drawings, especially weld symbols.

Shift

· 5am or 6am - 10hrs.

· $28/hr. -$34/hr.
