Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to be based in Hallandale Beach, Florida. This role is within the healthcare billing industry. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for invoicing, funds transfer, reconciliation, and potentially collections.

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing processes to hospitals and management

• Conduct funds transfer and bill back to hospitals

• Oversee contract readings and reconciliations

• Handle Accounts Receivable operations

• Engage in potential collections activities

• Utilize accounting software systems for various tasks

• Employ Microsoft Excel and Office Suites for data management and reporting

• Implement accounting functions as per the industry standards

• Execute billing functions, including electronic, healthcare, hospital, and medical billing

• Monitor monthly billing and cash activity

• Facilitate check processing tasks

• Operate Sage Intacct software for accounting procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding and experience with Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Expertise in Billing Functions, including Cash Activity and Check Processing

• Familiarity and experience with Sage Intacct software

• Ability to perform Billing, Billing Collection, and Billing Statements tasks

• Knowledge and experience in Electronic Billing

• Experience in HealthCare Billing, Hospital Billing, and Medical Billing

• Ability to perform Monthly Billing tasks efficiently and accurately
