Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience operating curb machines or related concrete equipment
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Mechanically inclined
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of concrete mix designs and finishing techniques
Strong attention to detail to ensure curb alignment and consistency
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Travel when required
Day in the Life
Are you an experienced Curb Machine Operator looking for a rewarding opportunity in the construction industry? We’re seeking a skilled professional to operate and maintain curb machines, ensuring precise curb, gutter, and sidewalk formation. In this role, you’ll work with high-quality equipment, monitor concrete flow, and make real-time adjustments to maintain accuracy. You'll also be responsible for routine inspections, minor repairs, and collaborating with a skilled team to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will support grading, leveling, and manual curb finishing when needed, while continuously optimizing curb placement and efficiency.
Safety will always be your number one priority as you adhere to protocols, wear PPE, keep a keen eye out for any potential hazards, communicate effectively, and promote an overall safe culture.
