As a senior fullstack software engineer, you will use your technical skills to build brilliant customer journeys as part of our digital voice and collaboration team.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain applications using cloud, front-end and back-end technologies

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into functional applications

• Optimise application performance and ensure responsiveness for customers

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose solutions to improve application performance and customer experience

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud, front-end and back-end technologies, and actively expand knowledge in these areas

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and innovative applications

• Support the engineering manager in ensuring high quality standards of code, ways of working and delivery

• Node JS / Express JS

• React JS / TypeScript / JavaScript

• REST and GraphQL API development

• Unit and integration testing

• Knowledge of front-end and back-end architecture and patterns

• Experience of supporting and troubleshooting live customer applications

• Building or supporting CI/CD pipelines
