Requirements

• B.Tech. and/or MBA from a top-tier institute in India, with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in product management

• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and proven experience in delivering impactful data-driven products from ideation to launch using agile methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to translate complex problems and data into actionable insights and product enhancements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams of 8-10 people and stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and drive results.

• Experience in building and managing a team of product management professionals

• Solid understanding of data sources, data pipelines, digital as a sales and service channel, digital marketing & attribution models and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Management Systems (TMS) etc; and their influence on website performance and user behavior.

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in enhancing customer journeys.

• Certification in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner etc) and Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

Roles and Responsbilities

• Coordinate with teams across Digital Journey, Marketing and Business to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for digital and marketing data and AI products, aligning with company objectives and enhancing Digital as a Channel and marketing capabilities.

• Work closely with Product Analytics Manager to define key metrics for measuring digital and marketing performance, using data insights to drive decision-making and improve product features and user experiences.

• Mobilize and coordinate with a squad of delivery managers, scrum masters, solution architects, data modelers, data engineers, data science professionals, data stewards and business intelligence specialists to prioritize requirements and ensure timely and successful product delivery using Scrum or Agile methodologies.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders/user communities and the squad, ensuring alignment on product vision and requirements.

• Coordinate with Business Interlock teams to underpin the business benefits of each product delivery and map it against the cost incurred in resources, to know and share with the wider team about the true business value created by our work

• Build and manage a team of product management professionals over time to drive these initiatives

• Stay informed about and utilize cutting-edge data, AI, and Gen AI advancements to enhance product offerings and customer experiences, while actively sharing knowledge with the team.

• Provide subject matter expertise from data and AI standpoint on digital and marketing products, guiding all the stakeholders involved.

• Coordinate with security and legal teams to ensure product compliance with local regulations and industry standards, contributing to the ethical and responsible use of data.
