Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (International Consultant)

Educational Qualifications: Any graduate/post graduate

Work Experience:

3 to 4 years of post qualification experience

Significant experience in Non IT recruitment, stakeholder management, vendor management with a strong network in the industry.

Aon is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist , to join our India Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon.

This is a contractual position for 1 year and incumbent will report to TA Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

End to End Recruitment

You will take care of full circle of recruitment including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, selection process, offer and pre-offer engagement, stakeholder management etc.

Candidate Management

Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.

Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with hiring managers and senior executives to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and expectations.

Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Pipelining

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

Employer Branding

Contribute to building and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Data Management

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment metrics.

Interview Process

Coordinate and manage complex interview processes, including multiple rounds of interviews and assessment tools.

Offer Negotiation

Facilitate and assist in the negotiation of compensation packages and employment terms with selected candidates.

Onboarding

Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for newly hired leaders.

Market Research

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition.
