The Skyline Group of Companies Project Administrator, Wealth Solutions in Guelph, Ontario

We’re growing!!  And looking for a passionate, driven, and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Project Administrator, Wealth Solutions located in our Head Office in Guelph, Ontario. 

This is a 12-month contract.

Job Description

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role by providing support to the Skyline Wealth Management Inc. (SWMI) team which includes contributing to the progress and outcomes of projects, accurate database management and document control processing. You will be ensuring a high level of accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations and laws while maintaining a high standard of professionalism through communications with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist with driving forward the execution of projects and programs such as data cleaning, system upgrades, launch of new products, etc.

  • Reporting on project process and outcomes to the Strategic Initiatives Lead.

  • Complete various administrative and clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying or as directed

  • Name and upload documents into the system.

  • Provide quality control measures for the CRM and communicate needs, problems and/or concerns to management.

  • Maintain unclaimed property and returned mail list.

What we look for:

  • Minimum 2 years post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent customer service and administrative support workplace experience.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures.

  • Understand and demonstrate customer service principles and practices.

  • Manage multiple tasks throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks while remaining detail oriented.
