To help us continue growing, we're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join a highly skilled team providing focus and strategy for a strategic account/client nationally. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in a dynamic setting, and an ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries. The Director of Operations will work closely with executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success for the company. Duties & Responsibilities: Safety is E2's number one Core Value. Follow, and expect employees to follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies. Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture. Responsible for driving relationship strategy for E2 within the strategic account nationwide. Collaborate with Executive Leadership in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration. Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement. Work with assigned Regional Managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans. Manage P&L's and Overhead expenditures associated with assigned regions / territories. Mange business and project profitability for assigned regions / territories. Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary. Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives. Establish and cultivate relationships with reporting operations leaders, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs. Adhere to the company's policies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed. Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment. Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 and/or the customer(s). Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. PMP Certification preferred. BICSI Technician Certified preferred. RCDD certification preferred. OSHA 30 required.
