Adecco US, Inc. HR Generalist in Gretna, Louisiana

Adecco is looking to hire a HR Generalist for a local manufacturing company here in Gretna, LA. This is a great opportunity with potential of going permanent. It requires a regular presence on the manufacturing floor. Must have worked at a manufacturing site.

General requirements that will be considered are listed below.

*4 year HR generalist experience with strong coaching and employee relations

*Proficient with Microsoft applications

*ERP or HRIS experience required

*Ability to lead, participate and function effectively in collaborative team environments and work independently

*Knowledge of employment law and best HR practices

*Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills

*Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and write an analytical and persuasive manner

*Interacts with employees at all levels-via coaching, employee relations issues, presentation, and general customer service

Pay Details: Based on experience

Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
